Horto Convento Hotel - Florence

The hotel staff were happy to help and assisted with private parking.

The hotel was stylish and clean, overlooked garden. In general I had soundproof, airy room, beds were extremely comfy. The staff were happy to help, every need of guests is catered for. The private parking was onsite, excellent service. The venue was in a very central location short walk to the main touristic attractions, private garden and main center of Florence. I had coffee at Rosafina, located within 5 minutes walk.

Amazing and beautiful location a super close walk to Chiesa di Santa Monica, enjoyed it. The staff were efficient and easy going throughout my visit.

lovely stay but minor issues

The staff provided really good service. Giorgio and Adam were great too ensure we felt welcomed. The garden view from our beautiful double room enhanced our experience.

A charming escape in Florence

The hotel dazzled us with its gorgeous garden views and the good breakfast spread. The staff were really good, provided personalized recommendations and an authentic experience.

I found the pillows lacking in comfort. A bit more support would enhance the overall sleep experience.

This place completely blew me away, especially the delicious buffet breakfast and the cozy lounge area where I unwound after a day exploring. The gardens were a stunning spot to relax and soak up the sun too! Just a heads up – the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay, but it didn’t ruin my great experience. 😊

Beautiful garden spaces add a serene touch to the atmosphere. The central location allows for easy access to local insights while being away from the bustling crowds, a nice balance for exploring at your own pace.

The sound isolation between rooms could be better, leading to occasional disturbances from neighboring guests. My room felt cramped. Temperature control was inconsistent, particularly as the air conditioning didn't function well during warmer parts of the day-this made it uncomfortable at times, especially with insufficient ventilation options. Breakfast options could run low if you're there late, which could leave you scrambling for a decent meal.

Only downside was the mattress felt a bit too firm for my liking.

I had a lovely stay with delightful breakfast options and charming décor that was even better than the pictures. Definitely coming back for the peaceful atmosphere!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring. The small double room felt cramped was great, especially the bathroom. I'd recommend requesting a larger room for comfort.

We stayed in trendy, modern rooms with spacious bathrooms and air conditioning, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and drinks.
